Mr. D.K. Raju is a seasoned infrastructure professional with over 27 years of experience in the successful delivery of large-scale Highway, Expressway, and Bridge projects across diverse contracting models, including EPC, BOT, HAM, and Item Rate. He possesses strong expertise in corporate strategy, commercial governance, value engineering, cost optimization, and risk management, consistently driving project profitability and operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Mr. Raju has led complex multi-project portfolios, accelerated project execution schedules, and effectively managed contractual, commercial, and financial risks. He brings extensive experience working with leading government agencies and funding institutions such as NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL, MSRDC, MPRDC, ADB, and the World Bank.

He has held key leadership positions with renowned infrastructure organizations including HG Infra Engineering Ltd., Soma Enterprise Ltd., and Madhucon Projects Ltd. His notable achievements include the successful and timely completion of the NH-5 Vijayawada–Gundugolanu Highway Project and the preparation of the Pre-Tender Survey Report for the NH-2 BOT Project.
