Position Overview : –

The incumbent will be responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, MIS, working capital monitoring and coordination with project teams, auditors, banks and other stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities:- 

  1. Accounting & Financial Reporting

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate recording of transactions.

  • Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.

  • Review trial balance, ledgers and schedules and identify unusual/reconciling items.

  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reporting.

  • Ensure appropriate accounting treatment in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards/Ind AS.

  1. Project & Branch Accounting

  • Monitor project-wise and branch-wise accounting and financial transactions.

  • Review project costs, expenses, advances, provisions and outstanding balances.

  • Analyse project profitability, cost overruns and budget variances.

  • Coordinate with project teams for timely submission of financial information.

  • Ensure proper allocation of common/project-related expenses.

  1. Bank, Cash Flow & Working Capital

  • Review bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.

  • Monitor daily/weekly cash position.

  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and funding requirements.

  • Monitor bank guarantees, letters of credit and other banking instruments, wherever applicable.

  1. GST, TDS & Other Statutory Compliance

  • Review GST and TDS workings and ensure timely compliance.

  • Monitor input tax credit reconciliation and GST-related issues.

  • Review TDS deductions, payments and returns.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of statutory records and supporting documentation.

  1. MIS, Budgeting & Variance Analysis

  • Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.

  • Monitor actual expenditure against approved budgets.

  • Prepare project-wise profitability and cost reports.

  1. Audit Support

  • Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors.

  • Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation.

  • Ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Preferred Qualifications:-

  • CA Inter / M.Com / MBA Finance / B.Com.

  • 4–8 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in infrastructure, EPC, construction, engineering or project-based companies will be strongly preferred.

  • Experience in ERP-based accounting and MIS.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel.

Required Skills :-

  • Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.

  • Good understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.

  • Strong Excel and MIS skills.

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/Executive with expertise in end-to-end tendering and bidding lifecycle management for government and private infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Tender Identification & Opportunity Tracking Monitor CPPP, GeM, NHAI, Railways, State PWD and other portals. Conduct Go/No-Go analysis.
2. End-to-End Tender Lifecycle Manage PQ, technical/commercial bids, document analysis, pre-bid meetings, clarifications and
contract award.
3. Bid Preparation Prepare technical/commercial bids, coordinate with costing and engineering teams, and ensure
timely portal submissions.
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with government agencies, consultants, JV partners, subcontractors and Finance for
EMD/BGs.
5. Post-Bid Operations Track bid status, maintain credential repository and prepare BD MIS reports with win-loss analysis.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills:-

Education: BE/B.Tech (Civil/Electrical); MBA preferred.
Experience: 4–8 years in EPC/infrastructure tendering and business development.
Core Competencies: e-Tendering portals, EPC contracts, FIDIC, JV structures, EMD/BG
mechanisms, infrastructure schemes, Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and document
management.

Key Performance Indicators:-

Order Book Growth; Tender Win Ratio; Accuracy & Compliance; Pipeline Management.

Position Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, transaction processing, reconciliations, documentation and routine finance activities.

Key Responsibilities: –

  1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Record purchase, sales, expense, receipt and payment transactions in the accounting/ERP system.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, debit notes, credit notes and adjustment entries.
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and supporting vouchers.
  • Assist in maintaining ledgers and accounting records for various projects/branches.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  1. Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Process vendor invoices after verification of supporting documents and approvals.
  • Perform invoice checking with purchase orders, work orders and supporting documents.
  • Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
  • Follow up for outstanding receivables and assist in payable ageing.
  • Assist in payment processing and vendor reconciliation.
  1. Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
  • Reconcile vendor, customer and other balance sheet ledgers.
  • Identify and report unreconciled items and accounting discrepancies.
  • Assist in resolving accounting differences with relevant departments.
  1. GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance Support
  • Assist in preparation of GST and TDS workings.
  • Verify GST invoices, input tax credit and applicable TDS deductions.
  • Assist in preparation of data for GST/TDS returns and other statutory compliances.
  • Maintain statutory compliance records and supporting documents.
  1. MIS & Reporting
  • Assist in preparation of routine MIS reports.
  • Prepare outstanding, ageing, payment and expense reports.
  • Provide accounting data required by management and senior finance personnel.
  • Assist in project-wise/branch-wise accounting and reporting.
  1. Documentation & Audit Support
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, bank documents and statutory records.
  • Provide supporting documents and schedules for internal/statutory audits.
  • Assist auditors in retrieving accounting records and information. 

Candidate Requirements: –

  • B.Com/MBA Finance / equivalent qualification.
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts and finance.
  • Experience in infrastructure, construction, EPC or project-based organisations will be preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Required Skills: –

  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Understanding of GST and TDS.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn ERP-based accounting and project accounting.
