Mr. Neeraj Kumar Bansal is a seasoned professional and Ex IES officer having more than 25 years of substantial experience in driving growth for the organizations, SBU management and developing large-scale complex infrastructure projects in Highways, Railways, Buildings and Transmission & Distribution sector.

After successfully serving in Central Govt. for more than 14 years as Class-I Gazetted officer and winning many accolades for his singular achievements in various tenures; he dared to venture in Private Sector and had been associated with leading Infrastructure companies viz. “Era Infra Engineering Limited” and “G R Infraprojects Limited”, wherein he has proved his capabilities of deep business understanding by creating separate Business Verticals/Division in both the companies and leading them as Business Head. He has demonstrated a deep insight of Business Strategy, Business Development, Client Handling, Project Management, Contract Management, Cost Estimation and Tendering, Team Management, Vendor Management, SCM Administration, Budget Preparation & Control, Change Management and General Administration to steer and lead the business operations. He possesses core strength of Leadership and delivering optimal results with ethical business values in high-growth environments with full P&L / ROI accountability.

In K2 Infra Mr. Neeraj Bansal is leveraging his valuable experience for running the Operations and Business Development. He is also involved with Corporate Strategic Vision formulation and strengthening of processes and procedures at all levels, which is the key factor for building the brand “K2 Infra”.
