Mr. Virendra Kumar heads the Human Resources and Administration function at K2 Infragen Limited, bringing close to 25 years of experience across human resources, administration and organisational management. His career spans a range of established organisations, including MRG Group India, Aparajitha Corporate Services, Larsen & Toubro, Voltas Limited (a Tata Enterprise), Era Infra, and Intertoll ICS, giving him broad cross-industry exposure to employee relations, people management, organisational processes, and administrative systems. At K2 Infragen, he is responsible for strengthening the Company’s people practices, employee engagement and workplace culture, and for aligning human capital initiatives with the Company’s growth objectives as it scales its project portfolio.
